Jorge Manuel Seiça Dinis Calvete, founded CAUSA & FEITO in 1997 as a local company, and since its inception, besides the accounting related services, provided financial consultancy services, differentiating by preparing and submitting successful applications for European Union funds. Shortly after 1998, influenced by his proximity as a resident to Marinha Grande industrial pole (that during decades had very pronounced cycles, sometimes outstanding and very growing economic periods, followed by the worse and depressed ones) began his activity as insolvency administrator
Armando Jorge Vital do Carmo, integrated CAUSA & FEITO at 1998, as a trainee accountant, but very shortly after was appointed Head of Accountancy Department. Later on, with the natural company growth pace, extended competences to financial consultancy and the development of appliance projects to European Community funds, being his main roles, accounting and management control systems, with more than 17 years of experience.
Bruno Costa Pereira initiated his activity as an economist, integrating CAIXANOVA (a Spanish financial institution) performing duties in its Credit Risk Department in Spain. A year later returned to Portugal, firstly to assume Corporate Regional Management of the North Region (integrating both Oporto and Braga Business Centers), and shortly after being Head of Credit Recovery Direction, role that he assumed continuously, up until 2014. In 2015, integrated CAUSA & FEITO as Head of Oporto Branch Office., and almost simultaneously, on may of the same year, has been nominated Judicial Administrator.
In 1994 after terminating graduating in Economy at the prestgious Coimbra University, joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (former Coopers & Lybrand,) Audit Division at Oporto, where he remained 4 years. In 1998 opted to embrace business management projects, starting as CFO and Administrator of real estate companies and textile industries, located on Portugal central region, where he acquired a vast experience on asset management and company recovering and restructuring projects. In 2015 joined CAUSA & FEITO, with the responsibility of developing the Business Brokerage area.
António Tomaz Loureiro, started in 1993 its professional activity as a trainee at "Grupo Soima" as controller. After he embraced functions as Chief Financial Officer in a International Trading company. Passed through auditing, being statutory auditor and chartered accountant. At 1999, António chose to return to executive functions, as financial director in a company on the stone and ornamental rocks sector. Since then, incorporated as Financial Director, Manager and Administrator, various companies in distinct industries. In 2012 Integrated CAUSA & FEITO as Head of Coimbra Branch Offices.
Bruno Costa Pereira initiated his activity as an economist, integrating CAIXANOVA (a Spanish financial institution). Performed duties in its Credit Risk Department in Spain, and a year later returned to Portugal, firstly to assume Corporate Regional Management of the North Region (integrating both Oporto and Braga Business Centers), and shortly after, being Head of Credit Recovery Direction, role that assumed continuously up until 2014 (coordinating hundreds of projects, both in its judicial and extrajudicial dimensions). In the exercise of his functions, he led, on several occasions, corporate financial restructuring projects, taking over the negotiation control with the various credit institutions operating in Portugal, as well as with most of other creditors.
After ten years of activity, he considered it was time to take on new professional challenges, having started a career in the area of business consulting / advisory (an activity that he maintains in parallel with that of a judicial administrator), career in which he entered on May 2015.
In the course of his activity, he integrated CAUSA & FEITO in 2015, implementing the company on the North of Portugal, basing offices in Oporto, with a focus on business recovery, mergers and the purchase and sale of companies.
Focused, insightful and with a strong capacity to establish consensus, he is well-acquainted with the Iberian financial system, constituting an important added value in negotiating solutions with financial partners.
